Job Summary

This role involves managing and maintaining the digital documentation system (Planwerk) for high-voltage (HS) lines within a major regional grid operator in Germany. The specialist will act as the functional application expert during the introduction of new documentation software, ensuring all operational assets are accurately mapped and represented. Daily tasks include updating network data following construction projects, coordinating data imports from external service providers, and ensuring robust data quality assurance across all documentation plans. A key responsibility is the continuous development and automation of data exchange processes with partner companies. Candidates must possess a completed qualification as a Specialist Business Administrator, Technician, or Master Craftsman, ideally in electrical engineering. Success requires proficiency in standard PC applications and specialized systems like Graphical Network Information Systems (GNIS) and SAP R3/PM, combined with strong initiative and customer orientation.
