Job Summary

This role at e.discom Telekommunikation GmbH, a subsidiary of E.DIS AG, focuses on managing mobile communication systems and devices. The successful candidate will be responsible for Mobile Device Management (MDM) and SIM card management, including comprehensive documentation within an asset management system. They will serve as the primary contact for employees regarding mobile usage, tariffs, and devices, and handle logistics for mobile device shipments. The position also involves supporting partner companies, managing contracts, and actively participating in project management, alongside controlling, documentation, reporting, monitoring, and error management. Key requirements include a background in IT or telecommunications, experience with mobile communication, asset management, and MDM systems, strong customer orientation, and a Class C driving license.
