Job Summary
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Research Associate or PhD student to contribute to cutting-edge research and development in Field-Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) for accelerating Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms. Based at TUD Dresden University of Technology, a leading research institution and part of the expanding ScaDS.AI Dresden/Leipzig competence center, you will be involved in designing and programming FPGAs, contributing to international research projects, presenting findings at conferences, and collaborating with academic and industrial partners. This position is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in computer engineering, computer science, or electrical engineering, looking to pursue further academic qualification (PhD) within an international and innovative research environment.
Required Skills
Education
Excellent university degree (M.Sc., Diploma) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related natural science
Experience
- Research and development in designing and programming FPGAs for AI algorithms
- Contribution, administration, and reporting in international research and development projects
- Presentation of results at international conferences
- Close cooperation with academic and industrial partners
