This role is for an IT Service Technician specializing in 2nd Level Client Support for a leading global IT service provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including installing and configuring client systems (Windows/Linux), deploying hardware like notebooks, desktops, and monitors, and providing both remote and on-site user support. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT or equivalent
Experience
- At least one year of professional IT experience within the last three years
- Experience in 2nd Level Support
- Proficient use of ticketing systems for incident management
- Experience in troubleshooting simple network problems
- Experience in professional cabling and connection of IT devices
- Competence in independent installation, maintenance, repair, and upgrading of hardware and software
