As a Patent Attorney, you will manage intellectual property matters, focusing on patents and designs for a leading European IP law firm. Your daily tasks will involve advising and representing clients before the European Patent Office and the German Patent and Trademark Office. You will be responsible for drafting, filing, and prosecuting patent applications nationally and internationally, conducting patent right assessments, and performing patent searches. This role also includes mentoring junior staff and patent engineers.
