Job Summary
This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd level IT support for clients, primarily focusing on Cisco environments. The specialist will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues remotely and on-site, documenting all incidents thoroughly, and escalating complex problems to higher-level support or vendors. Key responsibilities include maintaining the knowledge database and system data, and collaborating closely with other IT departments. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, experience with client operating systems and Windows infrastructures, and proficiency with ticketing systems like ServiceNow. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed vocational training as an IT Specialist, IT Management Assistant, PC and Network Specialist, IT Customer Advisor, IT System Electronics Technician, IT Service Technician, Information Electronics Technician, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in an IT environment
- Experience in IT Support, User Helpdesk, or a comparable IT Service Desk, preferably in a Cisco environment
- Experience with installation and administration of client operating systems
- Experience with ticketing systems, ideally with ServiceNow
Languages

- Driving license Class B; Willingness to travel
