Job Summary

This role as an Onsite IoT Service Technician involves ensuring the continuous, smooth operation of critical IoT sensors, Operational Technology (OT) networks, and associated systems for a leading European IT solutions provider. Day-to-day responsibilities include rigorous analysis and troubleshooting of technical faults within the IoT environment, designing preventative measures, and serving as the primary technical contact for service inquiries. You will actively install and configure IoT sensors and gateways, establish connections to IoT platforms, and manage the underlying assets and platform software. You will also support IT projects, such as rollouts and migrations, in the IoT sector. Key qualifications include a completed technical education (such as an IT Specialist or IT System Electronics Technician) and relevant professional experience both in the IoT field and as an Onsite IT Technician.
