Job Summary

This Senior Onsite IT Supporter role, based in Holzkirchen and Munich, involves strengthening a successful nationwide IT service provider by managing and maintaining IT infrastructures for multiple clients across various locations. The core responsibilities include analyzing hardware and software issues, performing system diagnostics, monitoring performance, and implementing and maintaining IT infrastructures, networks, servers, and cloud services while adhering to security guidelines. You will also be responsible for developing IT support processes, executing software rollouts, and providing technical consulting on hardware and software solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a completed vocational training in IT System Integration or equivalent, several years of professional experience in IT support, and extensive knowledge of Windows administration, virtualization, and cloud services. Fluency in German and good English skills, along with willingness to travel between the Munich and Holzkirchen sites, are required.
