Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for Application Development, IT Specialist for System Integration, Industrial Systems Technician, IT Management Assistant, PC and Network Specialist, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support or a related field
- Experience in analyzing and resolving error situations
- Experience in documenting and tracking inquiries and disruptions in a ticketing system
- Experience providing telephone, remote, and on-site support
