Job Summary

As an Onsite IT Technician, you will be the go-to problem solver for hardware and software issues. Your daily tasks will involve providing comprehensive IT support, including troubleshooting, system maintenance, and setting up/dismantling IT workstations. You will handle IT disruptions both remotely and on-site, instruct users on software and hardware usage, and meticulously document all requests and processes within a ticketing system, adhering to SLAs. This role requires experience in client setup, software installation, and proficient use of ticketing systems. The position is with an established IT specialist known for fostering trust and personal responsibility, offering a permanent contract opportunity after an initial temporary placement.
