This role is for an IT Service Desk Specialist to join a leading IT service provider in Germany. The successful candidate will be a key part of the Service Desk team, focusing on ensuring stable, service-oriented, and customer-friendly 1st-level support. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating within the team, structuring processes and workflows, providing technical development for Service Desk employees, and engaging in direct communication with clients while coordinating with other delivery units. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in end-user support, particularly 1st-level, and excellent communication skills in both German and English.
