The primary responsibilities involve conducting a variety of chemical, physical, and mechanical tests, such as Zwick-Test or Peel-to-Peel, focusing specifically on adhesives and paint products according to OEM specifications. You will also be responsible for preparing and post-processing paint panels for internal training sessions. A critical component of the job is the precise implementation and documentation of test procedures following standards like ASTM and ISO. Success requires a completed chemical or technical education (e.g., as a Chemical Laboratory Technician or Painter with laboratory experience), initial professional experience in a laboratory setting, and very good proficiency in both German and English for comprehensive documentation and collaboration with internal teams.
