Job Summary

This role is for an IT Onsite Supporter who will be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, particularly within the banking sector. Day-to-day tasks involve supporting IT projects, including hardware rollouts, setting up and dismantling IT hardware, and providing functional readiness. A significant part of the role is dedicated to 1st and 2nd level support, troubleshooting issues both remotely and directly on-site, performing error analysis, and escalating complex problems.
