Job Summary
This role is for a dedicated Chemical Laboratory Technician specializing in pharmaceutical quality control. The successful candidate will be responsible for validating and transferring methods for solid dosage forms, performing release, process validation, and stability testing. Key duties include managing qualified analytical systems, evaluating and implementing new technologies for pharmaceutical analysis, and executing pharmacopoeia methods. The role also involves overseeing assigned equipment and ensuring all documentation, work instructions, and lab reports adhere to GMP standards. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in wet chemical and chromatographic analysis, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to meticulous work within a team-oriented environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Chemical Laboratory Technician, Pharmaceutical Technical Assistant (PTA), Chemical Technical Assistant (CTA), or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience with wet chemical and chromatographic analysis methods (e.g., titrations, HPLC, GC)
- Experience in determining physical parameters
- Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) is beneficial
