Job Summary

This is a pivotal leadership position combining HR, Payroll expertise, and technology management within a successful, innovative IT company. You will act as a Servant Leader, providing both technical and personnel guidance to a team of 11 HR-Payroll Specialists and Application Consultants, fostering a motivating and development-oriented environment. A key responsibility involves serving as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Application Consulting team towards executive management, ensuring proactive resource planning and optimizing existing processes. Furthermore, you will manage complex customer and partner inquiries related to the complete payroll process and drive the evolution of the company's payroll software solutions. Crucially, you will take on the role of Product Owner for the "MS D365 Customer Service" software product. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with strong technology affinity, entrepreneurial thinking, and a focus on balancing daily operations with strategic vision in a flexible, modern work environment near Bern.

Required Skills

Education

Higher education (University/FH) in Business Administration, HR-Payroll, Social Security, HR Management, or Business Informatics.

Experience

  • Demonstrable, successful leadership experience managing a larger team.
  • Professional experience in a comparable role combining personnel management with HR-Payroll, personnel administration, social security, or HR application management.
  • Experience in Project and Process Management.
  • Strong affinity for technology and modern developments like AI or automation in the HR context.
