Job Summary

This role combines specialized Payroll expertise with demanding Project Management responsibilities within an innovative IT company. The successful candidate will independently lead complex HR and Payroll software implementation projects, managing them from initial planning and requirements gathering through to successful deployment and handover to the internal application team. A key function involves acting as a knowledgeable consultant, guiding clients through all project phases. Instead of cold acquisition, you will leverage your professional expertise and strong empathy to strategically engage new companies and partners for the software solutions. Furthermore, you will contribute to product development by providing structured feedback, focusing particularly on quality assurance and testing new releases. This position offers high autonomy, flexible remote work options (nationwide), and the chance to work with a stable customer base in a modern, supportive SME environment near Bern or Lucerne.

Required Skills

Education

Completed education or further training in HR/Payroll, Business Administration, or Business Informatics.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the Payroll environment or in fiduciary services, finance, and accounting.
  • Ideally, initial experience in project or process management.
  • High affinity for ERP systems and new technologies.
