The successful candidate will independently lead complex HR and Payroll software implementation projects, managing them from initial planning and requirements gathering through to successful deployment and handover to the internal application team. A key function involves acting as a knowledgeable consultant, guiding clients through all project phases. Instead of cold acquisition, you will leverage your professional expertise and strong empathy to strategically engage new companies and partners for the software solutions. Furthermore, you will contribute to product development by providing structured feedback, focusing particularly on quality assurance and testing new releases.
