As a Junior 1st Level IT Support specialist, you will be the first point of contact for users, providing essential technical assistance via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Your daily tasks will involve troubleshooting and resolving standard hardware and software issues, setting up and maintaining workstations, and managing user accounts. You'll also contribute to IT documentation, inventory management, and support various IT projects aimed at process optimization. This role is ideal for a service-oriented team player with a strong technical understanding and problem-solving skills, looking to make a meaningful impact within a social welfare organization. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable completed vocational training

Experience
