Join a newly formed internal team in Gummersbach as a Software Developer, focusing on enhancing the internal service and consulting offerings for FERCHAU's corporate group. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform, covering everything from service portals to AI-based functionalities and workflow automation. A key part of your role will involve designing and developing interfaces to seamlessly integrate ServiceNow into the existing system landscape, ensuring user-centric solutions even with technical challenges. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute your ideas and expertise to a new department, significantly shaping its success. You'll also be involved in optimizing existing implementations, providing support for tickets, and conducting tests within an agile environment.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
Experience
- Professional experience with ServiceNow platform development and implementation
- Experience with communication with external systems via REST or SOAP
- Experience in interface design
- Experience with JavaScript or similar programming languages
- Experience working in an agile environment
