Job Summary

This role involves leading and developing an Enterprise Service Management (ESM) team of eight employees, plus trainees and students, at the company's Gummersbach headquarters. The successful candidate will strategically shape and advance the department, its services, and the ESM system, ensuring efficient operations in compliance with internal and external regulations. Key responsibilities include adapting structures, processes, and tasks, as well as taking conceptual ownership for all changes and extensions within the ESM landscape. Required Skills

Education

Completed MINT (Mathematics, Informatics, Natural Sciences, Technology) degree or comparable qualification; relevant experience and further training in ESM
