Job Summary
The Technical University of Dresden is seeking a Research Associate to design a wireless sensor system for a smart glove intended for the Tactile Internet. This role involves researching, designing, analyzing, optimizing, implementing, and testing a novel wireless sensor system. A key focus will be extending existing prototypes with capacitive sensing capabilities and developing an ultra-low latency, energy-efficient wireless transmission system for sensor data. The successful candidate will contribute to scientific publications and conference presentations. This is an excellent opportunity for scientific advancement within a leading professorship in integrated circuit technology, focusing on high-efficiency, integrated RF and mixed-signal circuits and systems.
Required Skills
Education
University degree (very good or good) in Electrical Engineering, Communication Technology, or Information Technology. Doctoral degree (PhD) is a plus.
