Job Summary

The Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund, a cornerstone of social security in Germany, is seeking a Head of IT Operations Services. This pivotal role involves leading a team of approximately 40 individuals responsible for the entire IT infrastructure and systems of the Data Center of the Pension Insurance (DSRV), including central services for all pension insurance providers. The successful candidate will manage personnel and technical responsibilities, strategically develop the IT operations area, and champion change processes. They will also represent IT operations in projects and committees, both internally and externally.
