Job Summary

This crucial role within the SWISSINT Competence Center involves taking responsibility for all logistical aspects of Swiss contingents deployed in international military peace promotion missions. Day-to-day activities include planning, steering, and coordinating logistics services, acting as the primary point of contact for logistical supply, and ensuring material readiness and sustained logistical capability according to national and international directives. You will manage complex procedures, oversee global supply chains, and develop foundational guidelines to ensure personnel, resources, and material are deployed precisely when and where needed. The position requires higher professional training in logistics or a related field, project management experience, and preferably prior experience as a military officer in logistics or transport, ideally with multinational peace promotion mission experience. Experience

  • Professional experience in project management

  • Preferably, experience as an Officer, ideally in logistics or traffic/transport
  • Ideally, experience deployed within a multinational peace promotion mission
