Job Summary

This role involves working as a Laboratory Technician in a modern, highly automated dairy facility in Mechernich, Germany, which processes and distributes high-quality food products globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting raw milk analyses, sensory evaluations of products, and specialized tests on cleaning and disinfection solutions, as well as drinking and process water. Key responsibilities also include the calibration, cleaning, and maintenance of laboratory equipment, and participation in interlaboratory proficiency testing. This position requires a professional with a background in chemistry, significant experience in the food industry, and the willingness to work in a 24/7 continuous shift model, including weekends and holidays.
