Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity to join a globally leading pharmaceutical and crop protection corporation as a Building Services Engineer, focusing on technical project leadership and facility optimization. Day-to-day, you will independently manage technical projects, coordinate measures for system optimization, and ensure operational safety through regular inspections and risk assessments. A core responsibility involves budget planning and control for your area, alongside identifying improvement potential in plant technology and resolving equipment malfunctions. The ideal candidate holds a degree (Diplom-Ingenieur or Master's) in Supply Engineering or Production Technology, possesses comprehensive knowledge of current technical regulations, and has experience managing operational facilities. Strong communication skills and proficiency in written and spoken German are essential, with prior leadership experience being a significant advantage.
