Job Summary

This role involves the continuous development and maintenance of register software crucial for renewable energy initiatives in Germany and Europe. The successful candidate will be instrumental in implementing requirements from EU directives and national laws concerning origin and regional guarantees for electricity, gas, hydrogen, and heating/cooling. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing and building new registers, developing IT concepts, improving system utilization through process and system analysis, and ensuring the quality of developed procedures. This position requires strong analytical skills, experience in software development and architecture, and an understanding of public administration IT processes. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor, Diploma (FH)) in Computer Science, Administrative Informatics, or a comparable field (e.g., Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering), OR completed vocational training as an IT specialist with relevant professional experience, OR equivalent skills and knowledge.

Experience

  • Professional experience in software development and software architectures, especially within public administration IT processes (desirable for vocational training background)
  • Experience in project management, process development, and administrative organization
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)
