Job Summary
This is a key leadership opportunity within an established energy company located in the Innerschwyz region. The successful candidate will take on strategic responsibility for the finance department, driving organizational development and process modernization. Day-to-day duties include overseeing the digitalization of financial and administrative processes, implementing modern Internal Control and Risk Management systems, and managing the creation and development of financial statements and internal reports. You will also be responsible for procurement, contract processes, and commercial projects. This role requires proven leadership experience in finance or controlling, proficiency with ERP and planning systems, and a resilient, structured working style. Experience
