This role, based in Canton Schwyz within an innovative financial and business services firm, seeks a dedicated IT Specialist for Process Optimization (80-100% workload). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving digitalization and optimization projects for clients, supporting the introduction of new IT solutions and accompanying data migrations. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting clients on technical and organizational matters, leading or participating in project planning and implementation, and conducting training sessions and workshops for staff. A core function involves analyzing existing business processes, deriving optimization strategies, and developing automation and reporting solutions. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Proven analytical thinking skills and the ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions
  • Knowledge in interfaces, process analysis, and reporting
  • Experience in consulting clients on technical and organizational issues
  • Confident demeanor and enjoyment of customer consulting
