Job Summary
This role is for an IT Expert specializing in Service Management, particularly with ISO 20000 standards, to join a company in Ingolstadt, Germany, that supports prominent German industrial clients. The position involves managing user accounts and permissions in Active Directory, documenting IT processes, and contributing to the implementation of new systems in IT projects. A key part of the role is providing 1st and 2nd level IT support, including incident handling via ticketing systems, and performing installations, configurations, and administration of Windows clients and standard software.
