Job Summary

This role is for a Project Management Engineer responsible for the planning and implementation of new and modified products into production across multiple locations in Germany. The successful candidate will ensure timely, cost-effective, quality-driven, and process-safe execution of customer requirements. Key responsibilities include defining and updating project requirements, detailed planning of the product introduction process (including prototype and pre-series planning), materialization, and production. The role also involves project controlling, documentation, conducting training, and optimizing work plan creation and maintenance. This position is ideal for an experienced engineer with a strong background in project leadership within electro-technical value creation processes, excellent project management skills, and a desire to work in a stable, family-oriented company.
