Job Summary

This role involves leading the planning and implementation of new or modified products into production, ensuring timely, cost-effective, quality-assured, and process-reliable execution of customer requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and updating project requirements, detailed planning of the product introduction process (including prototyping, pre-series planning, materialization, and production), project controlling, and comprehensive documentation. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable qualification, bringing at least five years of experience in leading projects and teams within electro-technical value chains. Proficiency in project management methodologies and systems (like MS Project) is essential, alongside excellent German (C1) and good English (B2) skills.
