Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Project Coordinator in Energy and Building Technology, responsible for the independent management of projects from concept to completion (phases 2-8 according to HOAI) within the HVAC sector. The successful candidate will oversee and monitor both in-house and external services in technical building equipment (TGA), managing individual project volumes up to 500,000 EUR. Key responsibilities include compiling project documentation, conducting safety checks, acting as the central client contact, and managing budgets and additional claims.
