Job Summary

This exciting role as a Capability Manager, based in Basel, offers the chance to lead the global governance and evolution of critical enterprise CRM capabilities within a multinational organization. You will be instrumental in orchestrating complex omnichannel processes, including segmentation frameworks, consent management, and customer master dependencies. A key responsibility is ensuring business readiness, adoption, and optimization of new CRM functionalities, acting as the vital connector between global business strategy and technology implementation. Candidates must possess a university degree and at least five years of specialized experience in Commercial Excellence, Customer Experience, or CRM capability design. Practical, hands-on knowledge of major enterprise commercial systems like Salesforce, Veeva, or IQVIA OCE-P is essential. This position requires fluency in English, offers a hybrid work model, and involves global travel, making it an excellent fit for proactive professionals experienced in navigating complex, matrix environments.
