Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Technician focused on IT Support and Customer Service in Hallstadt. The position involves the installation and maintenance of hardware and software, including client and server environments. Key responsibilities include implementing systems into existing networks, providing support for IT environments, assisting with IT projects from planning to implementation, handling 1st level support requests, and prioritizing 2nd level support inquiries. The ideal candidate will have a technical vocational degree in IT or electrical engineering, practical experience with routing and networks, knowledge of data backup strategies, and strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Windows Server, and Hyper-V. This is a full-time, permanent position with the option for direct employment after an initial temporary contract.
