Your daily tasks will involve evaluating customer change requests from both economic and technical standpoints, managing interfaces between development teams and clients, conducting product demonstrations, and optimizing business processes. You will also be the primary contact for all customer inquiries, overseeing entire implementation projects, and organizing user training and workshops.
