Job Summary

As an Onsite IT Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting a leading IT solutions and service management company in Hamburg. Your daily tasks will involve installing and configuring hardware and software, managing incidents, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and replacing damaged hardware components. You will also be responsible for client and peripheral device administration, supporting network infrastructure setup, and performing inventory tasks. This position requires hands-on experience in user support, IT rollouts, and familiarity with ticketing systems and client operating systems.
