Job Summary

This role involves supporting and developing LC-MS(-MS)-based methods for the detailed characterization of recombinant protein active ingredients, focusing on identity, integrity, amino acid modifications, and glycan distributions. The successful candidate will document and present test results, become an expert in measurements and data collection, and ensure the quality of raw data. Responsibilities also include the maintenance and development of modern LC-MS(-MS) systems, particularly Orbitrap mass spectrometers, and contributing to the rapid and reliable execution of intact/native protein analyses.
