This contracting role as a Business Analyst, based in Bern, focuses on requirements engineering and IT project management within the MAPIC stream (Shipment Formation). You will be responsible for analyzing and documenting functional requirements, supporting the development of interface overviews (e.g., event cancellation, interface definitions), and creating concepts and specifications for new features. The role demands close collaboration with specialized departments, Product Owners, Architecture, and DevOps teams within an agile (Scrum) environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced analyst holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Informatics, who thrives in a challenging, goal-oriented environment and possesses strong communication skills to articulate needs and present solutions effectively.
