Required Skills

Education

IT-related degree or recognized IT vocational training

Experience

  • Professional experience or training in an IT-related field, or a recognized IT vocational training, alternatively minimum 5 years of professional experience in the IT environment
  • Professional experience or further training in Service Management (ITIL V3 or V4)
  • Training or experience in Linux and knowledge of current Linux server operating systems (RHEL 8/9) and SLES 15 (e.g., LPIC1 certification or proven knowledge)
  • Training or experience with Windows server operating systems (Server 2016 and newer)
  • Professional experience in operating logging software such as WEC, QRadar, and Syslog systems
  • Experience in the network area (knowledge of tests for controlling network functionality using command-line commands (bash or cmd))
