Job Summary

This role requires a dedicated System Engineer to join the Digital Workplace Service Line, focusing on Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solutions. The core mission involves designing and architecting secure, scalable mobile solutions, specifically those requiring high protection levels, including VS-NfD approved systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include the planning, setup, and expansion of the EMM infrastructure, acting as a technical expert in projects, and ensuring continuous service improvement aligned with technological trends. You will also be responsible for documentation, technical consulting for service management, and providing 2nd-level support coordination. The ideal candidate must bring substantial professional experience in designing secure mobile enterprise solutions, deep knowledge of VMware Workspace ONE, Android, and iOS, and fluency in German (C1) alongside good English skills (B1). This position offers the opportunity to shape the future of secure mobile communication while working 80% remotely.

Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in an IT field or recognized vocational training in an IT profession

Experience

  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in the IT environment (alternative to degree requirement)
  • Professional experience in designing mobile enterprise solutions with VS-NfD infrastructures
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in VMware, Workspace ONE, Android, and iOS
  • Experience with technologies like Secusmart SecuSUITE for Samsung Knox and Linux
  • Knowledge in IT Service Management, at least at the ITIL Foundation level
