Job Summary

As a Field Service Technician, you will be the go-to expert for IT infrastructure in retail stores across the greater Straubing area. Your day-to-day will involve hands-on service, installation, and maintenance of critical IT systems, including POS (Point of Sale) systems, client, and server hardware. You'll also configure desktop PCs and mobile devices, administer network components, and handle printer setups. This role requires a proactive approach to technical challenges, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate technical preparations for new store openings.
