Job Summary

As a Senior Onsite Support professional in Geretsried, you will be a key player in managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure for a successful IT service provider. Your daily responsibilities will include overseeing network and server infrastructure, including server rooms, and providing comprehensive support for Windows and Microsoft 365 environments, including Teams. You will also handle hardware installations, technical support, administration of time tracking, CCTV, and telephone systems, and monitor support tickets. This role requires strong technical skills in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VMware, storage systems, TCP/IP, and network technology.
