Job Summary

This role involves the precise and timely planning and execution of railway infrastructure maintenance measures, focusing on tracks and related components. The Specialist Planner will be responsible for ensuring projects meet performance, cost, schedule, and quality standards, while also managing track crew deployment. Key tasks include technical-operational planning, scheduling, and monitoring of maintenance work on rails, large switch components, sleepers, and welding, alongside preventive grinding. The role requires creating and managing operational safety applications (Betra-Anträge) and optimizing resource allocation for personnel, materials, and machinery, proactively addressing any deviations from the plan. Candidates should possess a background in track construction or rail technology, ideally with experience in SAP R/3 (Netz) and BBP-Neo, and demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and team skills.
