Job Summary

This role is for an IoT Onsite Service Technician in Penzberg, focusing on ensuring the smooth operation of IoT sensors, OT networks, and related systems. The technician will be responsible for analyzing and resolving technical malfunctions within the IoT environment, designing preventative measures, and acting as a key contact for service inquiries. A significant part of the job involves collaborating with clients and colleagues to identify improvements for IoT infrastructure and processes, as well as installing and configuring IoT sensors, gateways, and connecting them to IoT platforms. The position also includes managing assets, OT networks, sensors, and platform software to ensure secure IT operations, and supporting IT projects like rollouts and migrations in the IoT domain.
