Job Summary
This role is for an IT Service Desk Specialist who will be the primary technical contact for national and international support inquiries, handling them in person, via phone, or email. Key responsibilities include managing user requests from initial inquiry and error analysis to solution development, performing client installations and administration, and conducting user training sessions. The ideal candidate will have a completed IT vocational training and initial professional experience in IT service or support, coupled with a solution-oriented and team-player mindset.
