Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician, you will be instrumental in supporting the IT infrastructure of an industrial company in Düsseldorf, working for a market-leading IT service provider. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing on-site support for Windows clients, workstations, and laptops, diligently processing support tickets, and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements. You will also be responsible for both hardware and software support. This role is ideal for someone with initial experience in IT support, a solid understanding of networking, and expertise in operating systems like Windows 10 and applications such as MS Office. A valid Class B driving license is also required.
