Job Summary
This role is for an IT Application Expert specializing in the Vivendi industry solution, focusing on modules like NG, PD, PEP, Selfservice, and Mobile, with a strong emphasis on NG Client Management and Billing. The expert will be responsible for comprehensive support of the Vivendi system, from analyzing user requirements and adapting the software to legal and organizational changes, to handling user inquiries and problem reports.
