Job Summary

This role involves active participation in 525kV DC cable grid expansion projects, overseeing construction sites in Central Germany, and performing maintenance during operation. The position offers an engaging blend of new plant construction and ongoing maintenance, requiring proactive identification of needs and excellent self-organization. Key responsibilities include coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and constructive communication, and enforcing safety and environmental standards, especially when managing external contractors and internal personnel. The successful candidate will also join an on-call system for fault resolution and continuously develop their understanding of cable routes and high-voltage direct current (HVDC) transmission in a challenging environment.
