Job Summary
The Bioinformatician will join the Gerhard-Domagk Institute for Pathology at the University Hospital Münster, focusing on expanding their Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) platform to include Whole Exome Sequencing (WES) and Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS). This role involves the crucial development and implementation of analytical algorithms and pipelines for sequencing data. Key responsibilities include the evaluation of genome, transcriptome, and methylome data, alongside the design and optimization of database structures for integrated analytics.
