Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor/Diploma/Master) in Facility Management, Construction and Real Estate Management, Real Estate Economics, Building Management, Technical Building Management, Supply and Building Technology, Public Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a comparable field.

Experience

  • At least three years of practical professional experience in steering technical services
  • Experience in facility management, building management, property management, or a control center structure
  • Experience in incident and escalation management
  • Experience in managing service providers
