The successful candidate will play a crucial part in the end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting and publishing job advertisements to screening applications, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communication. A key aspect of the role involves proactive direct sourcing of potential candidates on LinkedIn and contributing to the development of the talent pool. Additionally, the position includes supporting the organization of career fairs and handling various administrative tasks within daily operations.
